Congrats to all who competed in the NI Open...!!
Well done to the GBNI guys who competed at the NI Open recently.....the club took 14 medals including 5 Gold, 7 Silver & 2 bronze medals....and that was with several of our regular competing students out of action as well. Great result.

A date for your diaries guys, Victor Estima will be here on 17th and 18th July to take classes at the Valley. As you know, Victor is world class and curently rated in the top 5 in the world at his weight class. Make sure you train with him, don't miss it. Victor will be grading this weekend so if you're getting close to your next belt, get training!
