Four black belts on the mat for Braulio Estima Seminar at Gracie Barra Northern Ireland – Belfast BJJ

Friday the 2nd and Saturday the 3rd of August 2013 saw Gracie Barra Northern Ireland host Braulio Estima for another Brazilian-Jiu Jitsu masterclass.  On Friday, Braulio ran a helpful Q&A session, answering any questions and fixing mistakes, before running through a number of back attacks.

The following afternoon, over 60 guys were on the mat, including four black belts, and very-welcome attendees from SBG  Dublin and Torres Jiu Jitsu.  Braulio taught his mount series – how to control, finish and dominate from the top, before testing the material through positional sparring.

It was a fantastic class and we look forward to welcoming back Braulio in November.
