On Mondays and Thursdays, 18:00-19:00 on Mat 2, Gracie Barra Belfast members as well as the general public (£5 supplement) can avail of a free conditioning class led by Aaron Granville, BJJ purple belt and strength and conditioning coach.
The class format is as follows:
- Warm up
- Muscle activation exercises: squats, lunges, bridging etc.
- Animal flow and basic tumbling
- Body weight circuits
- Cool down, including yoga and flexibility exercises.
